About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Amazon Account Manager to manage and grow Amazon Seller Central accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Amazon marketplace operations, product listing optimization, inventory management, Amazon PPC, account health, and sales growth.

You will be responsible for managing accounts end-to-end, identifying growth opportunities, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day Amazon operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor Amazon Seller Central accounts on a daily basis.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and backend search terms.
- Manage A+ Content, Brand Store, product variations, and catalog updates.
- Monitor account health, seller performance, Buy Box, product rankings, and customer metrics.
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Monitor and optimize key advertising metrics such as ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, revenue, profitability, product visibility, and organic rankings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for FBA/FBM operations.
- Track orders, returns, refunds, cancellations, stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and other operational issues.
- Handle Amazon Seller Support cases and follow up until resolution.
- Conduct competitor, pricing, keyword, and market research.
- Plan and monitor deals, coupons, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales, PPC, inventory, and account performance reports.
- Analyze Amazon business reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and marketplace guidelines.




- Coordinate with internal teams such as PPC, content, design, warehouse, and management.
- Take ownership of account performance and proactively resolve issues.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace operations and policies.
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization.
- Practical experience with Amazon PPC and campaign optimization.
- Good understanding of FBA and FBM.
- Knowledge of inventory management, pricing, Buy Box, and product ranking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple products/accounts and meet performance targets.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Preferred Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in Amazon Account Management / E-commerce / Marketplace Management.
- Experience managing multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts will be an advantage.
- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Keepa, or similar marketplace tools is a plus.
- Experience in international Amazon marketplaces such as USA, UK, UAE, Canada, or Australia is an advantage.
