Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and represent the brand confidently on camera. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, Reels, video shooting, editing, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content.
- Create Instagram Reels, short-form videos, stories, posts, and other visual content.
- Handle video shooting, basic photography, and video editing.
- Come up with creative ideas and trends for Reels and social media campaigns.
- Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera and acting as a face of the brand for Reels, promotional videos, and other content.
- Stay updated with current Instagram trends, sounds, formats, and content styles.
- Write engaging captions and maintain consistent brand communication.
- Coordinate content shoots and manage the complete content creation process from concept to publishing.




- Monitor social media performance and provide insights for improving engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams for campaigns and brand promotions.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management / Content Creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media trends.
- Hands-on experience in Reels creation and short-form video content.
- Good video shooting and editing skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Confident and comfortable facing the camera.
- Ability to represent the brand professionally and naturally.
- Good understanding of social media engagement and audience behaviour.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Someone who is creative, confident, trend-aware, camera-friendly, and genuinely passionate about social media and content creation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
