Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist with end-to-end experience in both UN Opportunities and US Federal Government Contracting. Operating remotely for our San Diego HQ, you will manage the full project lifecycle—from monitoring portals (SAM.gov, UNGM) and crafting winning proposal responses to product sourcing, vendor negotiation, and final project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

- Prospect Search & Capture: Monitor UN Global Marketplace (UNGM), SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, and related portals for active RFPs, RFQs, and solicitations matching our business capabilities.
- Proposal Writing & Compliance: Lead the end-to-end response lifecycle. Write compliant technical and financial proposals, build compliance matrices, and manage Pink/Red team reviews.
- Product Sourcing & Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate pricing/terms with manufacturers, distributors, and global suppliers to secure compliant goods.
- Contract & Lifecycle Execution: Manage awarded projects through post-award execution—handling delivery schedules, logistics,



FAR/DFARS or UN regulatory compliance, and client reporting.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between federal Contracting Officers (COs), UN procurement officers, sub-tier vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 3–5+ years in government procurement, proposal writing, and end-to-end contract execution.
- Federal Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), SAM.gov, and US Federal bid submissions.
- UN Expertise: Hands-on experience navigating the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM), UN agency procurement protocols (e.g., UNDP, UNICEF, UNOPS), and international logistics.
- Product Sourcing: Proven ability to source specialized goods, analyze supply chains, and build profitable vendor networks.
- Location: Remote, work within US time zones (San Diego / Pacific Standard Time alignment preferred).
