We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer (CRM) to manage post-sales operations, customer relationships, collections coordination, documentation, and possession activities for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Builder Buyer Agreements, payment receipts, demand letters, and CRM documentation.
- Handle customer bookings, KYC verification, and Farvision CRM entries.
- Conduct welcome calls and emails within 24 hours of booking.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for smooth post-sales processes.
- Issue possession letters, buyer agreements, credit notes, and transfer documents.
- Resolve customer queries through calls and emails.
- Prepare MIS, DSR, and reports for senior management.
- Ensure timely completion of back-office sales administration and final possession process.

Eligibility





- Experience: 6–10 years in the Real Estate industry
- Residential/Commercial project experience preferred
- Valuable knowledge of Farvision ERP
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi
- Strong MS Office & Advanced Excel skills
- Customer-centric with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
