- Lead the creative direction and execution of motion graphics, animation, and visual content across digital, social, campaigns, and brand communication.
- Develop strong creative concepts and translate them into engaging motion-led narratives.
- Collaborate with creative, design, copy, and strategy teams to develop high-quality work.
- Set the visual and motion language for projects while maintaining robust brand consistency.
- Mentor and guide motion designers and help raise the overall creative output of the team.
- Present ideas confidently and take ownership from concept to final execution.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, animation styles, and visual storytelling techniques.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
