Program Operations Head

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Program Operations Head to manage the planning, execution, coordination, and smooth operation of our motivational, spiritual, and life-management programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute seminars, workshops, spiritual programs, and public events.
- Coordinate with venues, speakers, artists, vendors, volunteers, and internal teams.
- Manage complete event operations from pre-event preparation to post-event activities.
- Ensure proper arrangements for participants, including registration, seating, hospitality, accommodation, and transportation wherever required.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Promotion Team to achieve program targets.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for smooth program execution.
- Manage event budgets, expenses, manpower, and vendors efficiently.
- Handle on-ground teams and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Maintain proper reports, schedules, checklists, and event records.
- Travel to different locations as required for program execution.
- Ensure every program is delivered professionally, on time,



and according to organizational standards.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate preferred; relevant experience in event management, operations, hospitality, marketing, or program management will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and teams simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel.
- Energetic, responsible, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in organizing seminars, conferences, social/spiritual programs, or large public events will be preferred.

Experience: 3–8 years preferred
Location: Jaipur / Rajasthan, with travel as required
Employment Type: Full time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
