As a Cashier cum Customer Service Associate at Keyal Empire Design Pvt Ltd in (Mehrauli or Chandni Chowk), your main responsibility will be to manage billing, handle customer interactions. You should possess a courteous , be attentive, and efficiently handle cash transactions while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the cash handling.
- Ensure accurate transactions
- Maintain records of financial transactions
- Maintain proper cash handling, receipts, and daily sales reports.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer issues related to transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Promote store offers, discounts, and loyalty programs to customers.

Qualifications Required:

- Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; graduates preferred.
- Basic computer and POS (billing software) knowledge.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Customer-friendly attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
