Key Responsibilities

- Operations Oversight: Manage all inbound (receiving) and outbound (dispatch) activities, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, reconcile discrepancies, and optimize storage.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and lead warehouse personnel, setting performance expectations.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and security protocols (HSE) and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to boost efficiency and cut expenses.
- Coordination: Liaise with sales, transport, and other departments for timely order fulfillment.
- Reporting: Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and report on warehouse performance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
