- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Manage production schedules and ensure targets are met.
- Monitor product quality and compliance with company standards.
- Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production employees.
- Assign tasks and manage workforce utilization.
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, logistics, and planning teams.
- Drive process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
