Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying talented candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/management interviews.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and support the offer-to-joining process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.




- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
- Robust organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and HR/recruitment tools.
