We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Collections Process. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and relevant experience in international collections.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls related to outstanding payments and collections.

- Follow up with customers regarding pending dues.

- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

- Negotiate and assist customers with payment-related queries.

- Maintain accurate customer and payment records.

- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.





- Achieve assigned performance and collection targets.

Eligibility

- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.

- Minimum 6 months of International Collections experience.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
