Job Summary

Panchsheel Group is seeking an experienced and energetic PR & Media Manager to lead the company's public relations and corporate communication initiatives. The role is responsible for building a strong brand image, managing media relations, handling corporate communications, and ensuring positive visibility across print, digital, electronic, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute PR and media strategies to enhance the company's brand reputation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and PR agencies.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media statements, newsletters, and corporate announcements.
- Manage media coverage for project launches, property events, CSR activities, and corporate milestones.
- Coordinate interviews, press conferences, media visits, and promotional events.
- Oversee corporate communication across website, digital platforms, and social media in coordination with the marketing team.
- Handle the social media platform and having the good knowledge of digital marketing (On-page, Off-page, SEO, SMO, SMM).
- Monitor media coverage and prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly PR & Media MIS reports for senior management.




- Handle crisis communication and ensure timely, accurate responses to media inquiries.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Design, and Digital Marketing teams for integrated campaigns.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Experience: 6–10 years in Public Relations, Media, or Corporate Communications.
- Preferred Industry: Real Estate (Residential & Commercial).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Hindi.
- Strong network with media professionals and publication houses.
- Proven experience in press release writing, event management, and brand communication.
- Knowledge of digital PR, social media, and reputation management.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with creative tools is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Presentable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
- Customer and brand-focused approach with strong leadership capabilities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
