About the Role

Ghosh Housing Projects LLP is looking for a dynamic and experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to manage and supervise residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and ensuring timely completion of projects as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at residential project sites.
- Ensure execution work is carried out as per approved drawings, structural details, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and material consumption.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
- Maintain site records, measurement books, DPRs, and billing details.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local authority regulations.
- Monitor timelines and assist in achieving project completion targets.
- Verify contractor bills and quantity measurements.
- Coordinate RCC, finishing, waterproofing, plumbing,



and related civil activities.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in residential building projects.
- Good knowledge of RCC work, finishing work, and site management.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle contractors and site workforce efficiently.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in apartment or multi-storied residential projects.
- Knowledge of municipal sanction drawings and construction compliance.
- Understanding of BOQ, estimation, and billing procedures.

- Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skill set).
