We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to support daily financial and bookkeeping operations. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of hands-on accounting experience looking to build a career in core accounting and statutory record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and ledger entries using Tally.
- Journal Entries: Process routine journal vouchers, debit/credit notes, and cash/bank vouchers.
- Invoice & Vouchers: Verify vendor invoices, receipts, and supportive documents before filing.
- Data Verification: Coordinate with internal departments to track daily routine expenses and petty cash.
- Filing & Archival:
Maintain systematic physical and digital files for all audit and compliance records.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in a basic accounting role.
- Technical Skills: Basic hands-on knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 / Prime) and MS Excel.
- Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, debit/credit rules, and journalizing transactions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Key Traits: High attention to detail, accuracy with numbers, and a willingness to learn.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 per month (CTC)
- Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
