- Driving Safely: Follow traffic laws and use maps or GPS to reach customer addresses on time.
- Unloading Goods: Carry grocery bags or heavy packages to the customer's doorstep.
- Handling Payments: Collect cash or digital payments and get customer signatures or delivery confirmations.
- Assisting in-store: Help stock shelves, pack items, or clean the store when not out on a delivery run.
- Vehicle upkeep: Keep the delivery bike or van clean and report any mechanical problems.
