Job Description – E-commerce.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce & Quick Commerce Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations across marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and Amazon Vendor Central. The candidate will be responsible for catalog management, inventory planning, pricing, order fulfillment, promotions, and operational excellence to ensure seamless business growth.

Marketplace Operations

· Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces..

· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order processing and dispatch.

· Track orders, returns, replacements, cancellations, and customer claims.

Quick Commerce Operations

· Monitor fill rate, stock-outs, and order fulfillment.

· Ensure timely RO creation to maintain stock availability.





Amazon Vendor Central Operations

· Manage Vendor Central account and daily operations.

· Process POs, shipment creation, and ASN.

· Monitor shipment tracking and payment reconciliation.

· Resolve chargebacks and compliance issues.

· Track Vendor Scorecard, PO Fill Rate, and operational KPIs.

Reporting & Analysis

· Prepare sales, inventory, and MIS reports.

· Analyze sales trends and inventory movement.

· Monitor KPIs: Fill Rate, Inventory Accuracy, Stock Availability, Cancellation Rate, Return Rate, On-Time Dispatch, Vendor Scorecard, Sales Growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
