We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Executive – HR Operations to support and manage day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee-related queries.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, EPF, ESI, and other HR regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and welfare activities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower-related reports.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and HR-related issues.

Key Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office/HRMS.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Executive – HR to support and manage day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee-related queries.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development activities.




- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, EPF, ESI, and other HR regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and welfare activities.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower-related reports.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and HR-related issues.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Support internal and external audits, including healthcare quality and accreditation requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Qualification

- MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a hospital/healthcare organization.
- Experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, and HR documentation will be preferred.

- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/HRMS.
