One of the largest Global Indian Corporates, engaged in the manufacturing of Heavy Engineering Products with multi-locational plants across India and overseas, is looking to hire for its Indore / Dewas (Madhya Pradesh) location:

Position: Head – Human Resources & Industrial Relations (HR & IR)

Experience: 20–25 years (Post Qualification)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the HR and IR function for a large-scale heavy engineering manufacturing unit.
- Strong focus on Industrial Relations & Labour Relations, including handling unions, wage negotiations, settlements, and long-term agreements.
- Build and maintain healthy management–union relations ensuring industrial peace and productivity.
- Formulate and implement HR strategies covering talent management, performance, training & development, and statutory compliance.
- Advise top management on HR & IR policies, legal requirements, and workforce planning.
- Drive employee engagement, organizational culture building, and change management initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- Postgraduate in HR / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare (MBA/MSW/Equivalent).
- 20–25 years of post-qualification experience in HR & IR,



preferably in heavy engineering / large-scale manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record of union management, collective bargaining, and statutory compliance.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Candidate must be from Madhya Pradesh (MP).
- Location: Indore / Dewas, Madhya Pradesh

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
