Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager with 3–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, payroll-related finance activities, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and expense reports.
- Ensure timely payment of salaries, vendors, and other business expenses.
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other financial institutions.
- Review financial statements and identify discrepancies or irregularities.




- Monitor company expenses and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.
- Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
- Supervise and guide junior accounts staff, if applicable.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.
- Experience with Zoho Books / Tally / ERP accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CA Inter / CMA / M.Com qualification will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
