- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B business associates, education consultants, and channel partners.
- Identify and onboard new business associates to expand the company’s B2B network.
- Regularly communicate with existing associates to understand their requirements and provide timely support.
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain the company’s services, university partnerships, admission processes, visa services, and commercial terms to business associates.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding student applications, admissions, visa processing, documentation, and other partner requirements.
- Follow up with associates regarding pending applications, documents, payments, and student cases.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints raised by B2B partners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to increase business volume and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.




- Visit and meet potential business associates when required to strengthen professional relationships.
- Coordinate with management for negotiations, agreements, commissions, and other B2B commercial matters.
- Support the company in achieving its overall B2B recruitment and revenue targets.

Key Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, education consultancy, study abroad, or channel partner management will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and business development activities when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
