Key Responsibilities:

Technical Drawings & Design Support

- Prepare detailed shop drawings and production drawings for approved furniture orders.
- Assist the Principal Designer in converting concepts into execution-ready documentation.
- Coordinate revisions based on client, architect, or production feedback.

Quotations & Vendor Coordination

- Prepare client quotations and BOQs based on approved designs. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing for materials, hardware, polish, upholstery, and fabrication.
- Maintain updated vendor databases and pricing sheets.

Client & Architect Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, buyers, and clients for approvals and clarifications.
- Track pending approvals, material selections, and drawing sign-offs.
- Maintain transparent communication between the design, production, and client teams.

Production & Execution Tracking





- Monitor production timelines and coordinate with factory teams for execution updates.
- Track order progress from raw material stage through production to dispatch.
- Follow up internally to ensure timely completion of projects.

Quality Control & Site Coordination

- Assist in quality checking of finished furniture before dispatch.
- Coordinate corrections and finishing improvements where required. Support site coordination and installation follow-ups when needed.

Preferred Experience:

- Furniture manufacturing, interior execution, or production coordination.

Technical Capability:

- Ability to understand and prepare technical/shop drawings

Software:

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD - mandatory.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
