Job Summary

Looking for a hands-on and responsible IT Support Executive to support day-to-day IT requirements at our warehouse facility in Bhiwandi.

This is a combined IT Support and Warehouse Operations role. The position will primarily involve laptop/device maintenance, basic hardware and software troubleshooting, device setup, IT asset management, user support, and warehouse-related operational activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on the warehouse floor and handling both technical and operational responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support & Maintenance

- Troubleshoot and resolve basic laptop, desktop, hardware, software, printer, email, and connectivity issues.
- Perform laptop/device setup, configuration, installation, updates, and routine maintenance.
- Support Windows and macOS users.
- Assist with Microsoft 365, Teams, email, and basic Active Directory-related requirements.
- Install and configure software and applications as required.
- Maintain IT equipment and ensure devices are available and functional.
- Maintain IT asset records, inventory, and service documentation.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for repairs, replacements, and technical issues.
- Assist with antivirus, endpoint protection, backups, and system updates.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to internal users.

Warehouse & Operational Support

- Support the warehouse team with day-to-day IT and operational requirements.
- Handle laptop/device movement, allocation, maintenance, and tracking.
- Assist with package labeling, sticker application, scanning, and related warehouse activities.
- Ensure labels/stickers and package-related information are handled accurately.
- Assist warehouse staff with IT-enabled operational activities.
- Maintain accuracy and discipline while handling IT equipment and packages.
- Perform other operational support activities as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Internal IT, IT Operations, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in laptop/device troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, email troubleshooting, and Active Directory.
- Ability to troubleshoot printers, software, hardware, and basic network/connectivity issues.
- Basic understanding of IT asset management and documentation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and perform operational activities is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with IT ticketing/helpdesk systems.
- Knowledge of endpoint/device management tools.
- Networking or cloud certifications will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in logistics, courier, warehouse, supply chain, or operations environments will be preferred.

Important Note About the Role

This is not a purely desk-based IT Support position.

The role combines basic IT Support + Laptop/Device Maintenance + Warehouse Operations.

Salary

- ₹30,000 per month CTC
