Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building relationships, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain offerings to prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.




- Research market trends, competitors, and potential customer segments.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation and sales activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
