Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Civil Engineer to supervise and monitor civil construction, maintenance, renovation, and infrastructure projects at various locations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor civil construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance projects at various locations
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect ongoing civil works and project progress
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and workers at project sites
- Ensure civil works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned works
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship used at project sites
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, measurements, and other project documentation
- Verify measurements of completed works and assist in checking contractor bills
- Coordinate with management, contractors, vendors, and other departments regarding project requirements
- Identify site issues, delays, and technical problems and coordinate for timely resolution
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and other resources




- Monitor compliance with safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment at project sites
- Assist in planning and estimating materials, manpower, and project requirements
- Monitor repair and maintenance works of buildings, roads, drainage, plumbing-related civil works, and other infrastructure
- Ensure projects comply with applicable building regulations, standards, and institutional requirements
- Travel to different project locations as required by the organization

Qualifications:

- B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, estimation, and project execution
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred
- Good knowledge of civil materials, measurements, and construction practices

Experience:

- 1–3 years preferred
- Experience in construction, hospital, institutional, commercial, or infrastructure projects will be an added advantage

Salary:

- ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Job Type:

- Full-time, Permanent

Work Location:

- Various project locations / In person
- Chennai and other locations as assigned by the management

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
