Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of all assigned areas within the establishment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for guests or residents. The associate will ensure that all rooms, common areas, and facilities meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Change and replace linens, make beds, and ensure all bedding is fresh and neatly arranged.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors, replenishing amenities as needed.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures.
- Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, towels,



and stationery.
- Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces to ensure a consistently clean and inviting environment.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Handle lost and found items according to company policy.
- Interact with guests or residents in a skilled, courteous, and respectful manner, addressing any immediate needs or concerns.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning requests as required.
