- Understand clients' import, export, and international trade requirements.
- Provide advisory support on international trade processes and documentation.
- Assist clients with import and export-related queries and business requirements.
- Conduct research on international markets and trade opportunities.
- Guide clients regarding trade processes, documentation, and transaction requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with clients.
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Identify potential business opportunities in international trade.
- Support the business development team in client meetings and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ongoing projects.
- Build and maintain solid professional relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Stay updated with international trade trends and market developments.
