We are looking for a caring, energetic, and responsible Kids Gymnastics Coach to teach gymnastics to children aged 3–12 years. The coach will help children develop coordination, balance, flexibility, strength, confidence, and basic gymnastics skills in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct gymnastics classes for children aged 3–12 years.

* Teach age-appropriate gymnastics skills and basic movements.

* Plan fun, engaging, and structured training sessions.

* Develop children’s balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and body awareness.

* Ensure proper warm-ups, cool-downs, and safe use of equipment.

* Closely supervise children throughout every class.

* Encourage confidence, discipline, teamwork, and positive behavior.

* Monitor each child’s progress and provide age-appropriate feedback.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment.

* Communicate professionally with parents/guardians regarding children’s progress when required.

Requirements





* Experience working with or coaching children aged 3–12 years.

* Previous gymnastics coaching or gymnastics training experience preferred.

* Good understanding of basic gymnastics techniques and safety.

* Patient, friendly, energetic, and comfortable working with young children.

* Strong communication and child-management skills.

* Responsible and attentive, with a solid focus on child safety.

* Ability to make classes fun while maintaining appropriate discipline.

* First-aid or gymnastics coaching certification is an advantage.

* Competitive gymnastics experience is an advantage.
