Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in ITSM, SPM, and ITAM (SAM/HAM/ALM) modules. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience managing ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, and platform configurations.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and ITAM modules.
- Create, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Catalog Items.
- Troubleshoot and resolve break-fix issues across the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and troubleshoot Flow Designer and Workflows.
- Support platform enhancements, configurations, and day-to-day administration.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement ServiceNow solutions.




- Maintain platform functionality, documentation, and best practices.

Required Skills

- 8–10 years of ServiceNow Administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- ITSM
- SPM
- ITAM – SAM/HAM/ALM
- Strong experience with Service Catalog Item creation and modification.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting ServiceNow break-fix issues.
- Good knowledge of Flow Designer and Workflow.

- APO
- Custom ServiceNow application experience.
