Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating resources and aligning efforts with global delivery standards. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, and utilizing available tools and assets to meet client expectations. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progress and to address any challenges that arise during implementation. The lead plays a pivotal role in driving project outcomes while maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ForgeRock Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Experience in managing security service delivery using global methodologies and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Capability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in ForgeRock Access Management.
