Job Responsibilities

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.
- Handle end-to-end hiring for IT/Technical, Sales and Marketing positions.
- Source, screen, interview and coordinate candidate selection.
- Manage offer negotiation, onboarding, probation and confirmation.
- Handle HR policies, attendance, leave and employee documentation.
- Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate performance reviews, increments and promotions.
- Coordinate payroll and statutory HR requirements.
- Manage resignations, notice periods, Full & Final Settlement and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR reports/MIS.




- Work closely with founders and management on HR matters.
- Take independent HR decisions and provide practical recommendations to management.

Requirements

- 5+ years of HR experience in IT, Software, SaaS or Product companies.
- Strong experience in IT/Technical, Sales and Marketing recruitment.
- Ability to independently manage HR activities without a large HR team.
- Strong decision-making and employee-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, payroll and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a startup/technology company is preferred.

Important: Candidates with experience mainly in non-IT industries will not be considered.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
