Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Job location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms and the company website.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels.
- Monitor daily orders, coordinate dispatch, and track deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, refunds, and complaints professionally.
- Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for digital campaigns and social media promotions.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain marketplace compliance and performance metrics.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
- Robust communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
