Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance and training to improve performance and productivity.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, making recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales transactions, and other relevant metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in retail or hospitality industry (QSR/F&B;/restaurant).
- Graduate Degree or relevant work experience recommended.
- Robust knowledge of food packing materials, grocery stores operations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
