Benchmark Education (edubenchmark.com) is looking for a B2B Business Development Manager to help build and grow our international partner network for IELTS, OET and PTE preparation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can identify opportunities, approach businesses, conduct product demos and develop long-term partnerships.

What you'll do

- Find and approach education consultants, migration agencies, training institutes and other potential partners
- Develop B2B opportunities in India and international markets
- Conduct online meetings, presentations and product demonstrations
- Develop referral, reseller and managed-training partnerships
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and follow opportunities through to conversion
- Onboard partners and help develop a repeatable B2B sales process
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline and report on results

We're looking for

- 2–5 years' experience in B2B sales, business development or partnerships
- Experience in education, EdTech, study abroad,



test preparation or a related sector preferred
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers
- Comfortable with cold outreach, LinkedIn/email prospecting, online demos and follow-ups
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote role
- Comfortable working with clients across different countries and time zones

Experience with IELTS, OET or PTE is helpful but not essential.
Salary: Competitive fixed salary + performance incentives

This is a B2B role, but having student counselling experience is added advantage.
