We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Specialist to manage and support key HR functions across recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, grievance handling, and payroll coordination.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential employee matters professionally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, assessments, and selection.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor hiring timelines and metrics.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure completion of pre-employment documentation.
- Support smooth employee onboarding and induction.

2. HR Compliance

- Ensure HR processes comply with applicable labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor compliance related to employment contracts, leave, working hours, attendance, and other HR requirements.
- Assist with internal HR audits and compliance reviews.
- Keep track of changes in employment legislation and recommend necessary policy/process updates.

3. Employee Grievance & Employee Relations

- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns and HR-related issues.
- Handle employee grievances fairly, confidentially, and professionally.




- Investigate complaints and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to reach appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of grievances, investigations, and actions taken.
- Support disciplinary processes, performance issues, and employee separation procedures where required.
- Promote a positive and skilled workplace environment.

4. Payroll & Attendance

- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and ensure payroll inputs are accurate and submitted on time.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other payroll-related inputs.
- Coordinate with Finance/Payroll teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll-related records and employee salary documentation.
- Ensure current joiners, exits, salary revisions, and other employee changes are accurately reflected in payroll.

5. HR Operations

- Maintain and update employee databases and personnel files.
- Prepare HR letters including employment, confirmation, salary revision, promotion, warning, and separation letters.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes from joining to exit.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and HR initiatives.
- Prepare regular HR reports and management dashboards.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated effectively to employees.

Required Skills & Experience





- 3–5 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR compliance, grievance handling, and payroll coordination.
- Good understanding of HR policies and employment/labour regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification or professional qualification will be an advantage.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or multi-department organization is preferred.

The successful candidate will ensure that the right people are hired on time, employees receive timely HR support, grievances are handled professionally, compliance requirements are met, and payroll inputs are accurate and timely.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
