- Conduct tableside checks and ensure personalized service for regulars.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews to protect brand reputation.
3. Staffing & Training
- Recruit, hire, and train front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Create duty rosters and schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct performance reviews, discipline staff when necessary, and mentor for growth.
- Ensure staff compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
