We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven for our E-commerce Operations to

oversee our marketplace operations and logistics. You will be responsible for end-to-end

B2B, B2C, Quick Comm & FBA fulfillment across major platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and

Myntra. The ideal candidate will optimize inventory, lead warehouse teams, maintain strict

turnaround times (TAT), and drive process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Marketplace Operations

 Platform Management: Manage daily operations on major e-commerce platforms

including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others.

 Order & PO Processing: Process marketplace orders and bulk Purchase Orders (POs)

to ensure seamless performance.

 SLA Compliance: Monitor and maintain the Turnaround Time (TAT) and strict

compliance metrics for every channel.

2. Warehouse & Order Fulfillment

 End-to-End Fulfillment: Supervise daily picking, packing, and dispatch processes for

B2B, B2C, Quick Comm & FBA channels.

 Team Coordination: Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to

prioritize urgent shipments and resolve delivery issues.

 Logistics Accuracy:



Ensure 100% accuracy in shipping to eliminate customer

complaints and marketplace penalties.

3. Inventory Control & Management

 Stock Accuracy: Maintain precise, up-to-date inventory records and run monthly

physical stock counts.

 Loss Prevention: Implement strict inventory control measures to minimize stock

discrepancies and shrinkage.

4. Quality Control & Process Improvement

 Standard Enforcement: Oversee quality control checkpoints to ensure outgoing

products meet brand standards.

 Efficiency Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation

or streamlined workflows to cut costs.

Job Requirements

 Experience: 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse

management, or fulfillment logistics.

 Platform Expertise: Proven hands-on experience handling vendor/seller panels of

Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.

 Skills: Robust leadership abilities, proficiency in ERP/WMS software, advanced Excel

skills, and excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
