- Development of three 400 kV Sub-Pooling Substations (Z2-SPSS).
- Each substation has 1.2 GW RTC generation pooling capacity.
- Located across the Kutch renewable energy zone.
Planning responsibilities include:
- Preparing construction schedules for civil,
structural & electrical works
- Interface planning for GIS/AIS, transformer installation, and cable systems
- Monitoring progress of control building, gantries, foundations & equipment erection
- Resource planning, material shortfall alerts & risk assessment
- Reporting progress to PMC leadership & coordinating with EPC contractors
- Requires strong understanding of 400 kV substation execution workflows.
Key Responsibilities (Both Roles):
- Develop, monitor & update project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
- Track progress of civil, mechanical & electrical activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, site teams & engineering groups.
- Identify delays, risks & mitigation plans proactively.
- Ensure all planning documents align with contract deliverables.
- Support management reviews with accurate dashboards & MIS.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: BE in Civil / Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 8–12 Years in planning & scheduling for TL or Substation projects
- For TL Role: Experience in TL project planning strongly preferred
- For Substation Role: Experience in 220/400/765 kV substation planning
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project & EPC coordination.
