The Role

Worxwide is looking for a Business Head to help us build and scale our business across Sales Technology, Salesforce and AI Sales Transformation.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can bring together sales and operations and turn them into a scalable business.

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset—someone who wants to build a business, not just manage a function.

Responsibilities

- Own business growth, revenue and profitability
- Build and manage the sales pipeline and enterprise sales
- Develop CXO relationships and strategic accounts
- Build new opportunities across Salesforce, AI and Sales Technology
- Create scalable GTM and sales processes
- Lead business operations, delivery governance and resource planning
- Track pipeline, revenue, margins, utilization and overall business performance
- Build, mentor and manage sales, consulting and delivery teams
- Develop partnerships and new channels for growth
- Work closely with the Founder on strategy,



new offerings and expansion into recent markets

Must Have

- 10+ years of experience in consulting, technology, SaaS, Salesforce, IT services or digital transformation
- Proven experience in building or scaling a business, practice or significant revenue stream
- Strong enterprise sales and CXO engagement experience
- Good understanding of Salesforce, AI, SaaS and B2B technology
- Strong commercial understanding of revenue, margins and P&L;
- Experience managing both sales and operations
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Highly hands-on, accountable and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
