Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests warmly, take their orders, and serve meals efficiently to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special offerings, assisting guests in making informed decisions.
- Record orders accurately, ensuring that any dietary restrictions or special requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Efficiently set up and clear tables, maintaining a tidy and organized dining area for guests.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar personnel to coordinate order timing and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Offer recommendations for additional menu items, beverages, or desserts to enhance guests' dining experience and potentially boost sales (if necessary).
- Process customer payments accurately,



handle transactions, and provide timely receipts.
- Adhere to restaurant policies, procedures, and hygiene standards to uphold a safe and sanitary dining environment.

Qualifications:

- Ability to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues, including listening actively, conveying information clearly, and adapting communication style as needed.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service, understanding and anticipating guest needs, and resolving issues promptly.
- Ability to accurately record orders, and handle payments.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, communicate order details, and coordinate service to ensure smooth operations.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, handle varying demands, and adjust to changing priorities or situations while maintaining professionalism and composure.
