Position: Purchase Engineer (Electrical)

Experience: 2-3 Years

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

· Sourcing and procurement of materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements.

· Vendor identification, evaluation, and development to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

· Negotiating contracts, prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.

· Coordinating with project teams to understand material requirements and timelines.

· Preparing and processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely supply of materials.

· Managing inventory levels and minimizing procurement costs.

· Maintaining records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant information.

· Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures during the procurement process.





· Collaborating with the finance department to ensure timely payments to vendors.

· Assisting in the development of procurement strategies to improve efficiency.

Skills and Competencies:

· Solid negotiation and communication skills.

· Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office applications.

· Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
