Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Education Counselor who can guide students and working professionals, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right training programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, counseling prospects, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact and counsel leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online meetings.
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and handle queries.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth student onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with students and professionals.

Required Skills:





- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Strong counseling, sales, and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions.
- Valuable follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.

Preferred Experience:

Education Sales, EdTech, Academic Counseling, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, BPO Sales, Banking Sales, Insurance Sales, Loan Sales, or Telecom Sales.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.
