We are seeking a Gen AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy generative AI systems that power advanced language, multimodal, and inference applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong machine learning fundamentals with hands-on experience in large language models, model optimization, and productionization to deliver reliable, scalable, and ethically aligned AI products.

Responsibilities

- Architect, develop, and fine-tune generative models for language and multimodal tasks.
- Implement training and evaluation pipelines for large language models, including distributed training and data preprocessing.
- Apply model optimization techniques such as quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation to meet latency and cost targets.
- Build robust inference services and APIs for model serving, monitoring, and autoscaling in production.
- Collaborate with product, design, and research teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and measurable metrics.
- Implement MLOps best practices: CI/CD for models, reproducible training, model versioning, and automated testing.
- Maintain model performance, fairness, and safety through evaluation frameworks and continuous monitoring.
- Document designs, tradeoffs, and runbooks for operational support and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience developing and deploying generative models or large language models in production environments.
- Solid software engineering skills with proficiency in Python and model development frameworks.
- Experience with distributed training, GPUs, and performance optimization for inference.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, orchestration, and MLOps tooling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated commitment to AI safety, fairness, and ethical deployment practices.
