We are looking for an experienced International Sales professional to join our US Freight Brokerage team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in International Sales, Freight Brokerage/Logistics, Travel Sales, or a similar international voice sales environment.

The role involves handling international clients, generating business, negotiating rates, and building long-term customer relationships in the US logistics market.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new business through outbound calls and lead generation.
- Connect with US-based clients and understand their freight requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, rates, and terms with customers and carriers.
- Coordinate freight bookings and ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert prospects into business.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and shipments.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in any of the following:




- ~International Sales~Freight Brokerage / US Logistics~Travel Sales
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Robust sales, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience handling international/US clients is preferred.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and commercially driven.
- Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced sales environment.What We Offer

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
