Role

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for assisting applicants with course-related information and supporting them throughout the admission process. The role involves understanding applicant requirements, addressing queries, sharing relevant information, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.

Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from individuals interested in courses and training programs.
- Understand applicant requirements and provide relevant course information.
- Explain course structure, eligibility, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Assist applicants with the admission process and required documentation.
- Respond to applicant queries through appropriate communication channels.
- Maintain records of enquiries and admission-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for admission-related requirements.
- Keep applicants updated on relevant admission information and next steps.
- Ensure timely communication and a smooth experience throughout the admission process.

Pay: From ₹120,000.00 per year
