Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various positions.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other channels.

Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Handle bulk hiring and regular recruitment requirements.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Maintain proper recruitment records and reports.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in recruitment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.

Positive knowledge of MS Excel.

Comfortable working 6 days a week and rotational shifts.

Candidates who can conveniently commute to Goregaon West are preferred.

Immediate joiners preferred.
