About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and work on real-world digital marketing campaigns for D2C and service-based brands.

The role will involve supporting Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign analysis, creative testing, and performance optimisation while working closely with our marketing and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, and conversions.
- Support audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimisation.
- Assist in testing different creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Track daily campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Analytics & Reporting

- Analyse campaign data and identify performance trends.
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards.
- Understand customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and overall campaign profitability.
- Work with the team to derive actionable insights from campaign data.

Creative & Marketing Support

- Develop ad concepts, hooks, copy, and creative briefs.
- Research competitors, market trends,



audiences, and winning ad formats.
- Understand how different creatives and messaging impact advertising performance.
- Support landing page and funnel optimisation initiatives.

Requirements

- Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong interest in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Freshers and students with relevant knowledge or projects are welcome to apply.

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or tracking pixels.
- Previous internship or project experience in digital/performance marketing.
- Understanding of D2C, e-commerce, or lead-generation funnels.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
