Operations & Logistics Manager — Export Operations

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to manage and oversee our international export operations, logistics, documentation, banking compliance, and shipment processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Indian export procedures, particularly postal exports, ICEGATE, EDPMS, e-Sanchit, bank export clearance, and DGFT processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day export operations to USA, Europe, Japan, Singapore, and other international markets.
- Manage exports through the India Post / DNK Post Office export system and website, including preparation and processing of Postal Bills of Export (PBE).
- Manage bulk exports through Shiprocket, including shipment creation, documentation, customs processes, and coordination with logistics partners.
- Coordinate exports to 3PL and warehouse partners internationally, ensuring correct documentation, shipping instructions, and delivery.
- Manage and monitor export documentation and transactions through the ICEGATE portal, including customs-related processes and follow-up on export shipments.
- Prepare and manage export documentation and ensure that shipments are correctly reflected in relevant government systems.
- Coordinate with Customs, India Post, ICEGATE, freight/logistics providers, 3PL warehouses, and banks to resolve export and documentation issues.
- Manage e-Sanchit submissions and ensure that required export documents are correctly uploaded and processed.
- Monitor export transactions on EDPMS and ensure export entries are properly recorded and eventually closed.




- Handle the bank export clearance process, including coordination with the bank for export documentation, remittance matching, and closure of export transactions.
- Manage EDF completion/closure processes and follow up on pending export documentation.
- Manage DGFT e-BRC processes and ensure that export proceeds are correctly reflected and reconciled.
- Maintain accurate records of all exports, shipments, payments, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and resolve delays, discrepancies, and compliance issues in the export process.
- Develop and maintain clear SOPs and processes for export operations to ensure consistency and reduce operational errors.

Required Knowledge & Experience

The candidate must have practical, hands-on knowledge of:

- DNK / India Post export processes
- Postal Bill of Export (PBE)
- ICEGATE portal and customs export processes
- e-Sanchit
- EDPMS
- Bank export clearance and export remittance reconciliation
- EDF completion / closure
- DGFT e-BRC
- Indian Customs export procedures
- International courier/freight and logistics operations
- Shiprocket and bulk export processes
- Export documentation and compliance

Experience working directly with banks, Customs, ICEGATE, India Post, DGFT, logistics companies, and 3PL/warehouse partners will be highly preferred.





Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is operational and hands-on, not only familiar with export terminology. The candidate should be able to independently manage an export from:

Shipment creation → Customs / ICEGATE → export documentation → shipment dispatch → payment/remittance → EDPMS → bank clearance → e-BRC / closure

Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the ability to coordinate with multiple external stakeholders are essential.

Experience in e-commerce exports, particularly exports through marketplaces such as Amazon, will be a strong advantage.
