Vidal is hiring a detail‑oriented and efficient Agent (Executive role)for our‑Voice Process team for our company.
- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding health insurance claims, policy queries, and approvals.
- Claims Assistance: Guide policyholders through claim submission, documentation, and settlement.
- Hospital & Provider Coordination: Liaise with hospitals, insurers, and internal teams for smooth claim processing.
- Documentation & MIS: Record call details, claim status, and customer feedback accurately.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all interactions comply with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
- Escalation Handling: Resolve grievances and escalate complex cases to senior teams.
Any Graduation with experience of 1-2yrs in BPO.
