bout the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR and recruitment activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and joining formalities.
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities.




- Maintain proper records of employee and recruitment-related information.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and trackers as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Valuable organizational and time-management abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
