Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents.
- Prepare estimation reports and submit them within project timelines.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation.
- Perform rate analysis for material, labour, and BOQ items.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare cost comparison statements and variation estimates.
- Develop project budgets and monitor estimated vs. actual costs.
- Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, QS, and Project teams for accurate costing.
- Maintain material and labour cost databases.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in costing and estimation for commercial interior fit-out projects.




- Strong knowledge of BOQ Study and preparation, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
